1. The Intellectivist Clause

  1. The Laminated List Fantasy Draft merely defines one's laminated list.
  2. It is the responsibility of each individual to reconcile the concept with any significant other they might have at a given moment.

2. The Roster

  1. The Starting Six
    1. At any given time, one's active Laminated List must contain one:
      1. Film/Stage Actor/Actress
      2. TV Actor/Actress/Personality
        1. A TV Personality is either a show host or reality show participant.
      3. Musician
      4. Model
      5. Media Personality/Athlete
        1. Anyone who asks questions or participates in sports shown on ESPN or ESPN2 as part of their job.
      6. Taster's Choice
        1. A celebrity from any category.
    2. One of these six can be designated the "franchise"
      1. Other friends are not allowed to holla at said celebrity, which would result in doubling the BPP for the offending friend.
    3. The active list can only be altered every three months.
  2. The Bench
    1. At any given time, one's bench must contain:
      1. Taster's Choice
      2. A Plus-37 MILF or Distinguished Gentleman
        1. Only if none of the Starting Six qualify, otherwise this reverts to a Taster's Choice pick.
      3. Under-24 Keeper
      4. Under-21 Keeper
    2. The Keepers
      1. The Under-24 Keeper ("U-24k" forthwith) is locked into a bench slot for nine months.
      2. The Jailbait Corollary
        1. The Under-21 Keeper ("U-21k") is locked into a bench slot until they come of age.
      3. Once eligible to fill a starter position, a keeper must crack the active list within a 15-month period.
        1. If they do not, they must be released to the free agent pool and replaced.
      4. If a keeper is involved in a trade or dropped to waivers, the keeper counter does not reset.
        1. Example:
          1. If one had Kaylee DeFer for four months before packaging her with Melyssa Ford in a trade for Eva Longoria, they would only have to wait five months before shifting her lineup status.
    3. The bench can only be altered once a month.
  3. The Pregnancy List
    1. In the event of the LLFD equivalent to Tommy John surgery or a blown ACL (women getting pregnant), she will become eligible for the Pregnancy List ("PL").
    2. The PL is defined as:
      1. One slot per list on which one could stash a female who got preggers.
    3. Pregnant women, much like injured athletes, can be dropped to the free agent pool.
    4. However, you cannot add a free agent to your PL if your 11 roster spots are filled.
      1. You can drop someone, add the pregnant woman, put her on the PL and add another female to replace the spot.
    5. Because of the potential ramifications of a pregnant chick being in someone's starting five, the three-month move moratorium is reduced to one month.
      1. A move can be made immediately and will be processed at the end of said 30-day period.
    6. After the child is born, the woman on the PL must be moved out of the slot within 14 days.
      1. If not, she becomes a free agent.

      2. Example:

        2. Normally, because she retired and started a talk show, she would be only a Media Personality.
        3. However, one applies the one-name recognizability test:
          1. If one says "Tyra" it's clear who you're talking about, and chances are, it's not because of the talk show.
          2. Thusly, Tyra retains Model status.
  3. International Celebrities

      1. Cancellation or series closure negates this status once the next TV season begins.
    2. Also, the former leads of shows in syndication qualify.
      1. The reason for this is that syndication means there were at least 100 episodes, and often establishes a celebrity's stardom.
    3. Examples:
      1. Film Actor James Woods is dual eligible as a TV Actor because of his role on the CBS show "Shark." Were it to be cancelled, he would retain the status until the beginning of the fall 2007 TV season.

      2. If said friend is currently in a relationship:
        1. He gets one additional Taster's Choice starting slot, leaving him with seven starters.
      3. If said friend is currently single:
        1. He gets one additional Taster's Choice bench slot, leaving him with a five-woman bench.
      4. This is fair because if someone sleeps with a lady of the list, he could have a shot with others, and we're all trying to encourage this.

    2. However, if one scores with a woman on their bench:

    2. If one sleeps with a woman currently on someone else's bench, the BPP is enacted for half of its normal duration. (e.g. 2 1/2 years)
