The Rules
The Table of Contents
1. The Intellectivist Clause
- The Laminated List Fantasy Draft merely defines one's laminated list.
- It is the responsibility of each individual to reconcile the concept with any significant other they might have at a given moment.
2. The Roster
- The Starting Six
- At any given time, one's active Laminated List must contain one:
- Film/Stage Actor/Actress
- TV Actor/Actress/Personality
- A TV Personality is either a show host or reality show participant.
- Musician
- Model
- Media Personality/Athlete
- Taster's Choice
- A celebrity from any category.
- One of these six can be designated the "franchise"
- Other friends are not allowed to holla at said celebrity, which would result in doubling the BPP for the offending friend.
- The active list can only be altered every three months.
- At any given time, one's active Laminated List must contain one:
- The Bench
- At any given time, one's bench must contain:
- Taster's Choice
- A Plus-37 MILF
or Distinguished Gentleman
- Only if none of the Starting Six qualify, otherwise this reverts to a Taster's Choice pick.
- Under-24 Keeper
- Under-21 Keeper
- The Keepers
- The Under-24 Keeper ("U-24k" forthwith) is locked into a bench slot for nine months.
- The Jailbait Corollary
- The Under-21 Keeper ("U-21k") is locked into a bench slot until they come of age.
- Once eligible to fill a starter position, a keeper must crack the active list within a 15-month period.
- If they do not, they must be released to the free agent pool and replaced.
- If a keeper is involved in a trade or dropped to waivers, the keeper counter does not reset.
- Example:
- If one had Kaylee DeFer for four months before packaging her with Melyssa Ford in a trade for Eva Longoria, they would only have to wait five months before shifting her lineup status.
- Example:
- The bench can only be altered once a month.
- At any given time, one's bench must contain:
- The Pregnancy List
- In the event of the LLFD equivalent to Tommy John surgery or a blown ACL (women getting pregnant), she will become eligible for the Pregnancy List ("PL").
- The PL is defined as:
- One slot per list on which one could stash a female who got preggers.
- Pregnant women, much like injured athletes, can be dropped to the free agent pool.
- However, you cannot add a free agent to your PL if your 11 roster spots are filled.
- You can drop someone, add the pregnant woman, put her on the PL and add another female to replace the spot.
- Because of the potential ramifications of a pregnant chick being in someone's starting five, the three-month move moratorium is reduced to one month.
- A move can be made immediately and will be processed at the end of said 30-day period.
- After the child is born, the woman on the PL must be moved out of the slot within 14 days.
- If not, she becomes a free agent.
3. Initial Eligibility
- General
- Celebrities automatically qualify in their obvious category.
- Example:
- Christina Milian is a musician.
- Example:
- Celebrities automatically qualify in their obvious category.
- Models

- Celebrities who model for a living, and are known primarily in that context. This includes:

- However, if they get caught up in something else (usually Film), Model status shall be revoked.
- Unless they are clearly a supermodel, as defined by a one-name recognizability test of participating friends.
- Example:
- Tyra Banks earned model status working for Victoria's Secret.
- Normally, because she retired and started a talk show, she would be only a Media Personality.
- However, one applies the one-name recognizability test:
- If one says "Tyra" it's clear who you're talking about, and chances are, it's not because of the talk show.
- Thusly, Tyra retains Model status.

- Evidence can be submitted in support of any claim, and must be viewed by all friends, ha.
3. Dual Eligibility
- Television Eligibility
- Anyone currently on a TV show, of or intended to be season-length, whether said show is in-season or not.
- Cancellation or series closure negates this status once the next TV season begins.
- Also, the former leads of shows in syndication qualify.
- The reason for this is that syndication means there were at least 100 episodes, and often establishes a celebrity's stardom.
- Examples:
- Film Actor James Woods is dual eligible as a TV Actor because of his role on the CBS show "Shark." Were it to be cancelled, he would retain the status until the beginning of the fall 2007 TV season.
- Jessica Alba no longer qualifies because Dark Angel was cancelled after two seasons.
- Jennifer Aniston counts because Friends is widely syndicated.

- Minus-7 points for a long-term relationship involving children.

- The Reward
- In the event someone scores with one of the ladies on their own active list:
- Said female is dropped to the waiver pool.
- If said friend is currently in a relationship:
- He gets one additional Taster's Choice starting slot, leaving him with seven starters.
- If said friend is currently single:
- He gets one additional Taster's Choice bench slot, leaving him with a five-woman bench.
- This is fair because if someone sleeps with a lady of the list, he could have a shot with others, and we're all trying to encourage this.
- Remember, no losers in the LLFD.
- However, if one scores with a woman on their bench:
- They must forfeit one Taster's Choice bench slot.
- If one scores with a woman who does not appear on any relevant list, but is acknowledged to be "of list potential" by participating friends:
- That person gains the right to an additional two redraft keepers.
- These can be held and used during multiple redrafts.
- That person gains the right to an additional two redraft keepers.
- In the event someone scores with one of the ladies on their own active list:
- Breaking the Pact
- In the event that one friend sleeps with a woman on another friend's active list, the breaking the pact penalty ("BPP") is defined as follows:
- The offending friend's current list is immediately dumped to waivers.
- He must refill from the waiver pool.
- A five-year ban is enacted upon said friend, preventing him from:
- Making trades
- Reacquiring females on his former list
- Holding on to anyone before a redraft, which he is not allowed to participate in.
- If one sleeps with a woman currently on someone else's bench, the BPP is enacted for half of its normal duration. (e.g. 2 1/2 years)
- In the event that one friend sleeps with a woman on another friend's active list, the breaking the pact penalty ("BPP") is defined as follows:
